LNG Thi Vai: A Complex Engineering Challenge
Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) facilities operate in highly specialized environments with extremely strict safety requirements. With a housing made of heat-resistant, chemically corrosion-proof polycarbonate and an IP66 protection rating, the luminaire delivers extreme impact resistance (IK10), ensuring durable and safe operation in harsh industrial environments characterized by dust and humidity.
TREVOS FUTURA – High-Efficiency Lighting System
The high-efficiency LED luminaire FUTURA 2.4ft PC Al 8800/840 M3h is engineered to withstand the most demanding industrial conditions. Its core strength lies in a polycarbonate housing combined with an internal aluminum (Al) heat sink system, which optimizes thermal dissipation and protects LED chips from overheating. This ensures a stable luminous output of up to 8,800 lm over time.
In particular, with an integrated M3h emergency backup system, the luminaire can maintain high-level illumination for up to 3 continuous hours in the event of a local power failure.
TREVOS TYLIUS LED – Emergency Lighting and Exit Guidance
The TYLIUS LED B 101 M3h series acts as a reliable “guide” in safety evacuation procedures. Manufactured according to European standards, it offers excellent thermal resistance, making it suitable for corridors and critical escape routes.
Equipped with a 3-hour independent battery backup system, the luminaire ensures that exit signage remains clearly illuminated even during a complete power outage, enabling safe evacuation in all emergency situations.
