NESTLÉ TRUSTS EUROPEAN LIGHTING SOLUTIONS FROM TREVOS LIGHTING

Lighting systems play a critical role in industrial manufacturing processes to ensure production quality. Therefore, designing an efficient lighting system is essential to enhance operational productivity while creating a safe and comfortable working environment.
IMPLEMENTATION AT NESTLÉ VIETNAM
To help our valued Partners better understand the product solutions, EUROSTELLAR and Partner LEAN successfully implemented the project: Consulting, designing, and completing the installation of the lighting system for the warehouse facility at Nestlé Dong Nai Factory.
The project is a factory and warehouse complex, one of over 500 manufacturing facilities worldwide operated by the Nestlé Group. The facility follows global factory standards, in which lighting quality is a critical factor to ensure long-term stable working conditions, protect workers’ health, and maintain product quality. In addition, energy efficiency and the use of EU-standard lighting equipment were also key considerations throughout the project implementation.
The Trevos Prima LED luminaire features a premium polycarbonate housing that is flexible, lightweight, and provides excellent light diffusion with uniform illumination. Operating efficiently in environments ranging from -25°C to 45°C, it is highly suitable for warehouses, corridors, lobbies, and parking areas. Designed with neutral lighting and optional white light configurations, the fixture delivers a color rendering index of CRI > 80 and luminous flux ranging from 1,310 to 7,780 lm. With a lifetime of up to 50,000 hours L90/B10 and luminous efficacy reaching 156 lm/W, Prima LED ensures significant energy savings even under continuous long-term operation.
In addition, the luminaire is rated IP66 and IK10, while complying with premium international standards such as ENEC, CB Test, and HACCP certifications. Combined with competitive pricing, Trevos Prima LED is truly an ideal solution for European-standard warehouses and industrial facilities.
